Daniele Beasley new to Mission Bank's board of directors

Mission Bank is pleased to announce that Daniele Beasley is the newest member of its board of directors. Beasley provides a high level of expertise in the financial services industry and leading companies through expansive growth.

Beasley is the Chief Client Officer for Apex Financial Advisors, Inc., where she leads marketing and customer experience efforts and provides financial advisory services to West Coast clients. Previously, she was Co-Founder and President of Cove Street Capital, where she was instrumental in building the firm to $1.1 billion in assets. Beasley also served as Chief Operating and Compliance Officer for a City National Bank subsidiary. There she helped grow assets under management from $1B to more than $4B, while developing key infrastructure for finance, operations, technology, and compliance.

“I am honored to join and collaborate with Mission’s
board of directors to continue their long history of
consistent profitability. I look forward to further
establishing our position in the market as the best
business bank in California, and especially to work
with a team that is as passionate about serving their
community as Mission.”

“Daniele has a wealth of leadership experience and we are confident she will provide valuable perspectives to our board as we continue to execute on our growth strategy and provide value to our shareholders,” said A.J. Antongiovanni, Mission Bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our success is driven through strong leadership and support to our communities. This starts at the board level and we are committed to delivering on our promise to fuel and grow vibrant and prosperous communities. Nearly one-fourth of all public companies in the U.S. lack women leadership in the boardroom. We believe that having women directors on boards is a critical factor for improved corporate performance and profitability."

Beasley credits her farming family roots as the source of learning the value of hard work and importance of relationships. “I feel a great sense of connection with Mission Bank’s customers and the communities it serves. The board is diverse and represents the values that will ensure our communities are vibrant and prosperous. The future is bright for Mission Bank and I am glad to be a part of their story.”

Beasley lives in Los Angeles and enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. In her free time, she likes to ride her Peloton bike, listen to music, hike, and cook.
